Our CRJMC service is powered by LawCheck (lawcheck.ca), which acts as our technology and processing partner for the submission and retrieval of criminal record check results.

To process a Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check, we collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity Information: Information requested in the application, which may include your legal name, date of birth, and current residential address.
  • Government-Issued Identification: Details from government-issued photo identification where requested for identity verification.
  • Contact Information: Email address and phone number, used to deliver your completed CRJMC and communicate about your application.
  • Consent & Authorization: Consent and authorization information requested as part of the application.
  • Payment Information: Payment information handled through the applicable payment process.

Personal information that is no longer required is securely destroyed or anonymized.
